Interview
The interview was fairly simple, not too many questions. Much of it was based on why I wanted to work there and my experience working in groups . The interviewer also provided hypothetical customer service scenarios and asked how I would respond to them. I got an interview within a week of putting in my application and received my acceptance the day after my interview.

Straight-forward. One in person one on one interview with a manager. Short process and the manager was friendly. This was during the seasonal hiring time so I started working ASAP.
Scenario-based and behavioral questions. Many in relation to customers and management. I was asked a little bit about the public-facing descriptions in my resume; it was nothing too difficult. I felt confident that I got the job by the end.
