Interview
Easy going but a lot of work. Interview with GM, DM, and RVP. Lots of coordination with all parties involved. Lots of mind bending interview questions are asked of you.
During the process, being yourself in a professional manner. Understanding how to sell your skills that are compatible to the position you are applying for. Ensuring a professional attitude and decorum.
Too many interviews. It's a low level management position. FOUR interviews for a retail manager position? Grow up. You won't give the hours budget to complete all the work you're gonna ask of us anyway.
