      L3 Support Engineer Interview

      7 May 2026
      Anonymous employee
      Sofia, Sofia (city)
      Accepted offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at UltaHost (Sofia, Sofia (city)) in Apr 2026

      Interview

The interview process felt disorganised from the beginning. I first had an HR interview, which already felt unusual and unclear. After that, I had a technical interview where I was asked to complete a remote Proxmox installation task. During that session, I was kept waiting for around two hours, and despite repeatedly explaining what I needed, I was not given the IP information required to complete the network configuration. Because of that, the interview had to be postponed for a week. I later completed the task successfully and was hired. However, after joining, the working environment was poorly organised, onboarding was minimal, expectations were unclear, and support from management was weak. Not long after, I was dismissed.
