Application form then telephone interview. Telephone interview mainly focused on current experience and enthusiasm for working with children. No questions to trip you up. Really friendly recruiter on the phone.

The interview was carried out Via a phone call. It was roughly 30-45mins and it was very friendly. The interview talked through examples on my cv, following the call I received their verdict via email. Overall a quick process.
