All Video Conference calls. Extremely transparent from the recruitment side (Demi is amazingly honest and prompt). Interviews with your managers and the team members you will interact with.
The process from the first interview to acceptance was a little long, but totally worth it. They want to make sure YOU like the company as well as the company liking you for the role. Really appreciate how transparent everyone was about the role and the challenges you might encounter.

Initially the questions revolved around how you handled certain situations before and provide examples. In addition, they also wanted to see if you would be a cultural fit in the organization.

Interview
I had a call with recruiter, then a call with a hiring manager. They requested a final interview with someone from the team and I provided them with my availability. Never got a follow-up, even after emailing the recruiter a couple of times. A month later, received an email that they moved on with another other candidate.
