I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Under Armour (Baltimore, MD) in Jun 2015
Interview
Had to do online interview first. Met with nine people, very long day. Not very organized. Seemed very elitest in their interview question - felt more like an interview for a sorority than a business. I was not impressed with my " peers".
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Under Armour (Baltimore, MD) in Oct 2014
Interview
Filled out an application online and once reviewed got feedback for an online interview about a week later. Completed the online interview consisting of 7 questions asking you fit, culture, etc... Basic high level questions. Within a week or so I received an invitation to interview on campus. Went through a barrage of interviews - I would guess about 9 or 10 interviews that were back to back. Everyone from your future team members to partners. Be prepared to tell them why you are a fit. Received a follow up a week later. The interview was really looking to see if a.) you are who you say you are b.) you fit with the culture and c.) you are comfortable with the tempo in which they are operating.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
No difficult questions. Standard stuff, but you must be sharp and prepared. The hardest thing was to come off an interview and put yourself back to square one as the next interviewer may be looking for something different of have a different personality. Treat all interviews as a fresh start.
