I took an online, virtual interview that involved multiple steps. The interview was very bizarre in that I have never done a virtual interview before. I was not given the interview questions beforehand. They asked me 7 questions, with a 30 second planning period before each question. Each question had a 3 minute max, though I never made it that long. It was very interesting talking to your camera lens. I did not enjoy it. It was very difficult to portray a personality when you have no one to feed off of.
