I applied online directly from the company's website. About a month later I received an email to participate in a video interview via HireVue. The email also included information about the information process after the HireVue part of the process.

It was pretty straightforward. Applied in the Fall and got a HireVue interview end of December/Early January. I enjoyed the HireVue - the questions were not too basic and definitely required a well-thought answer, but the questions were reasonable and not too difficult. It's been a month since my HireVue was submitted, and my application hasn't been updated on the website, so I'm not sure if that means I've been cut or if they are still working on watching them?
