Be ready to have your time wasted. From the initial phone call to offer stage, be prepared for 2-3 month process. I went thru 2 separate interview processes with UA and each was drawn out. They put you thru a full day of panel interviews and then just leave you waiting for weeks before they give you any updates. Communication from recruiters is terrible and most of the time they wait for internal candidates to apply and they often get the job. UA is way behind the times and it is reflected with how the company is doing overall.

It was a very great interview experience. Everyone was very nice and asked challenging questions. It was a mix of theoretical scenario questions and opinionated questions. Overall, it was a very great experience.
