      Anonymous employee
      Baltimore, MD
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Under Armour (Baltimore, MD) in Feb 2018

      Interview

It follows a standard interview process, with variations depending on who your interviewing manager and recruiters are. Round 1: Standard Resume Submission. If you fit the criteria then you get sent an email about Round 2. Round 2: HireVue Recorded Interview. They ask you to submit recordings of yourself answering basic questions and feeling out a culture fit. Round 3 (Final): WebEx (Kinda like Skype) Interview. Talk to a manager/recruiter for the team you're possibly going to end up on. Show your personality. Be likable. Show them that you're driven.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Always: Why UA? (Hint: Don't go on and on about sports. They want to know about you) Other questions depend entirely on the manager interviewing you.

      IT Interview

      30 Oct 2016
      Anonymous employee
      New York, NY
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at Under Armour (New York, NY)

      Interview

The preliminary interview is done through HireVue... it is a little awkward but gives you time to really think out your answers before answering the questions. My second phone interview was basically my manager just telling me about the position to make sure it was something I would be interested in.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Talk about a time where you used technology in the workplace and/or school project.
