first interview -second interview
The interview process at Unineed was smooth and well-structured. After submitting my application online, I received a response within two weeks. The first stage was a short phone screening, where I was asked about my background, availability, and interest in the role. This was followed by a more in-depth video interview with a team member, focusing on my experience, skills, and knowledge about e-commerce and digital marketing. The interviewer was friendly and the atmosphere was quite relaxed. They also asked situational and behavioral questions to assess how I would handle certain challenges at work. Overall, it was a professional yet conversational process that allowed me to showcase my abilities comfortably.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They asked me about my strengths and weaknesses. For strengths, I shared that I'm highly energetic and a quick learner, especially when it comes to adapting to new digital platforms and trends. For weaknesses, I mentioned that I sometimes take on too much at once because I get excited about new projects — but I’ve been working on time management and prioritizing tasks more effectively.
After the interview,I bought 2 Armani watch from this website The watch I received did not include the official Armani packaging or warranty certificate. Instead, they sent me an kenzo box. Additionally, after consulting with professionals, I was informed that the watch is faulty.
I just searched online and found an Armani watch with the exact same code as the one I purchased from your website. Every watch is supposed to have a unique code, which makes this strong evidence.

Interview
Very unprofessional. It was a 3 stage interview and for each stage we agreed upon a time and date, each time this was changed. For the final interview I forced to do on the weekend, then was told I was very unhelpful even though I took time out of my weekend to speak to them, was then also told their time was more important than mine. Was told I would be made an offer then it was revoked without explanation
