Met with the interviewer at my university after applying online. Was a completely non-technical interview about UP company, talked one on one with a recruiter. He reviewed my resume and talked about life at Union Pacific in Nebraska.
Mostly social kind of questions - i.e. if you were having difficulty with a coworker, how would you handle it? Or any mistakes I’ve made at previous jobs. It was done over zoom, they didn’t contact me until 2 weeks later that I had the job.

The interview was relaxed and informal. Very cookie cutter interview questions that you would expect anywhere else. Make sure to dress professionally even if virtual. Interview time was roughly 45 minutes long.
