they have multiple rounds of interviews. Usually a panel interview.
first 5 minutes is a ice breaker.
then they get into your resume
then they ask questions like,: where do you see yourself in 5 years
how did you handle conflict, etc

Random people from different teams and it was basic questions. If you have a degree you are in IT you can work there. Skill levels are all over the place

I only did a first round interview. The interview was a lot of behavioral questions and talking about my past experiences. Ran through some other very common behavioral questions. Nothing very unique and not very technical.
