I applied through university. I interviewed at Union Pacific
Interview
Went to the UP booth at a college career fair, and one of the booth members scheduled me for a next-day on-campus interview after looking at my resume. The interview was totally behavioral. They were all standard behavioral questions: why do you want to work at UP, most successful/difficult team experience, etc. I do not think I did well, only ok, but at the same time I did not want the internship that bad (I had better (for me) ones in mind).
Random people from different teams and it was basic questions. If you have a degree you are in IT you can work there. Skill levels are all over the place

I applied through Handshake, then received an email asking me to sign up for an in-person interview at my school. Did the interview and they basically told me I got the offer.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Union Pacific
Interview
I only did a first round interview. The interview was a lot of behavioral questions and talking about my past experiences. Ran through some other very common behavioral questions. Nothing very unique and not very technical.
