I was asked to have an interview within 24 hours of applying. The owner asked me if I could do the tasks, and he decided that I should do a trial period of the job. It was rather laid back. The main complaint is that it really didn't establish details like pay, etc. at the time, which forced me to ask after the fact when I realized this. I felt a little weird having to do that. I was given a trial period of a day or two, and sort of informally found out that I was officially hired beyond that.
