There are 3 interviews. The "scanning" process is with our Vice President of Operations, Staci Gonzales. If she decides you may be a good fit, you interview with the appropriate manager of the department you are interviewing for and Staci Gonzales sits in. The 3rd interview is a "ride along." This is a very fast paced environment and we want to make sure that this is a good fit for you before the position is offered. You get to sit with members of our team for the morning to get a feel for what the work entails.
