I applied on line and after few days got an email that the next step is a video interview.
I got the invitation to do the video interview and after a research on this wed site I found most of the question I was asked. I went over the answers recording myself on my phone to see how I look and went I felt ready I recorded the real video. After 3 weeks I got an invitation for the face to face interview and I am going next week.

I passed the process until the virtual interview where I received the tbnt 2 days later I wish they could give us some tips about the things we should improve or reasons for not being chosen, I would love to improve myself on whatever the reason for not passing but overall a really good interview

First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .
