Interview
I applied March 23,2016 which like every application online is time consuming but worth it. Not even 24hrs later I received an invitation to complete the video interview, don't worry you have 5 days to complete it from day of invitation. I completed it on the fourth day make sure you practice video recording yourself on your iPhone so you know what to work on all the questions you find on here are all the questions they will ask either in video or face to face.. 2 days later I received an invitation for face to face in Newark, NJ. They brought 23 Of us to a room, played a presentation explaining flight attendant Q&A and pick us one by one to screen is only after the selected finalist got to do interview with higher ups and that's real interview, they stepped out came back in and offered me the job... Going to class 1319 if anyone else is going let's connect.. Out of 23 only 5 made it only male in group of 6 that day that made it...

I applied online. I interviewed at United Airlines (San Francisco, CA)
Interview
First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .
