I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at United Airlines (San Francisco, CA) in Mar 2016
Interview
I applied online in February and received an email to complete a video interview in March, a few days later I was flown to San Francisco where I completed a face to face interview. You will be in a group of people and they will do a presentation, afterwards you will do a one on one interview, if you are selected to do a third interview they will take you to a room where you will wait to do a final interview. They will tell you on the spot whether they want you to attend training.
Interview questions [1]

First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .
