Met United Airlines HR team during my school's Career Fair, dropped my resume on their booth as well. Then applied at United Airline's website and received an on-campus interview with one of their employees.

The interview process was straight forward. First, they send an email with a questionnaire and they contact you for a screening interview. After that, you're given a technical interview with 5 questions. Unfortunately, I didn't pass the part.
