Then I was sent to go take a short physical and a drug test. Two weeks later I was called and offered the job.

Interview
Applied online and then several months received an email about an automated phone interview. Visit a website link in the email, and the system calls you. You answer a series of questions.
I believe 5 questions asking things like why you’re interested in the position. Then it goes on to mention that this position would be in San Francisco and that they want to know if you can agree to a 12 month period working in San Francisco and mentioning how it’s a high cost of living area. They say to only give a yes or no answer. I answered with a long answer as they had not given any compensation information.
About 10 minutes after the automated interview I received a call back from a recruiter, and was then told what the pay rate was... base pay of $21.xx/hr and $5.25/hr for A&P license. With the possibility of being over $30/hr after 1 year.
I declined to pursue this position at that rate.

Interview
Multiple choice-style written test, practical test and interview. The multiple choice test is similar to prepware from A&P school, and the practical test consisted of following a set of directions... fairly easy if you pay attention to what you’re doing
