I applied online. I interviewed at United Airlines (San Francisco, CA) in May 2017
Interview
First contacted to do a video interview. Make sure to look directly into the webcam and not at the screen. You aren't talking to anyone directly, just answering the questions that appear approximately 30 seconds prior to recording. You are allowed an unlimited amount of practice sessions prior. Might or might not get the same questions for the interview so make sure to practice.
Once you pass the video interview, they will email you to fly you out to the in person interview to whichever base is closest to you. They will pay for your commute to the interview session but you will need to pay for lodging if you arrive the day prior.
You won't be asked to test for the bilingual position until a couple weeks into your official training.

The first question was clarification of passport and the second question was checking the existence of tattoos on your body. There were about 4 situational and behavioral questions. You’re given 2 minutes to answer each question.
