Interview
Arrived at the Houston building at 9:45 and a lovely flight attendant checked us in with name tags and escorted us from the elevator to another floor where we all waited for the flight attendant to come back and the recruiters. They did a presentation and explained everything about the job etc. then we did a group exercise which I will emphasize it’s more important than you think. It’s about setting up a bar cart but they don’t expect you to know how. They have a diagram on how to set it up but what they’re looking for it team work! Participate, don’t dominate. After the group exercise you go back to the presentation room and do a little activity for sick kids which I was was cool and sweet to do. Then the recruiters come and call you for your one on one and ask you about 5-6 questions. I was nervous and didn’t think I was going to make it but they escorted me to do a teach test (which I almost failed bc it was hard to reach with 2 hands in my tight clothes) but made it with one hand and then the other. Then they see if you can fit in the jump seat and also buckle and unbuckle (they show you how). Then I waited a few more minutes and another lady came and told me they’re offering me the position! Did the drug test and then some paper work and then I was on my merry way. An amazing day and I can’t wait to be part of the united family!!!

Interview
First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .
It started with the Assessment, followed by 8 video questions, and then the video interview. The in person final interview I am waiting for. They said I would know in 2-5 business days.
