Interview
I was very surprised how easy the interview was. It felt like a simple chat. You’ll first get a presentation about the company. Then you’ll do a group activity. Once your done with that you’ll do a community outreach project with the fellow interviewees thats when they’ll start calling you for your one on one.
All you really have to do is sale yourself. Be confident. Be authentic. Be You. My interview really felt like I was talking to a good friend.

Interview
First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .
It started with the Assessment, followed by 8 video questions, and then the video interview. The in person final interview I am waiting for. They said I would know in 2-5 business days.
