I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at United Airlines in Feb 2023
Interview
*Referred Candidates* - One on one virtual interview You’re set for about 30minutes with the interviewer. Super generic questions. Going about the interview as if you’re having a regular conversation with someone at work, being relatable, and enjoying your time spent with the interviewer is the way to go! It’ll help ease stress and show your true self to the interviewer. - In person, group interview This was my favorite! Got to interact with everyone that had the same passion and hobbies. Enjoy your time there and be social, but remember to not go over board. Having engaging, charismatic, bubbly energy can take you far! Also do not stress on smiling the whole time, if you’re enjoying your time the genuine smile will come along side it! :)))

First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .
