Competitive. First, video interview. Second, F2F. Last, at the F2F, if you're asked to stay back and be interviewed by higher ups, then congrats, they'll offer you the job on the spot. I thought I did decent enough to make it to the second round of interviews, however I did not. I was assisted immediately back to the terminal. Glassdoor is your golden ticket! Posts by other users were 100% correct. The questions were all accurate and the exact same. Study from here and no where else. My only advice is, don't sell yourself short. Go in there and be confident, relaxed and most importantly 'enthusiastic' as if this is your dream job.

Training looks great, training staff was awesome. They care about their potential flight attendants passing training . Pay attention do your homework and you will pass with flying colors. If this is something you really want United has great benefits although there’s long hours, but if this is what you decide to do then stick with it and you’ll be OK
