I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at United Airlines (Houston, TX) in Jul 2015
Interview
Exactly what u read in here. There was about 20 of us. After all the info was given they started the one on one interview process. When I finished that I was asked to step into a room and wait for another interview with management. Some were sent home right after first interview. I was one of 7 that were asked to stay and meet with management. 5 were offered CJO's that day. Of course they were told not to say anything so I knew I wasn't gonna receive an email or call in 5-7 days telling me I was hired. After a month of not receiving anything I messaged United and told them it had been 4 weeks and I had not heard anything. The very next day I received my TBNT letter.

First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .
