After submitting your resume, you are invited to a recorded video interview with short questions that are personality-based. The next step is a video interview then an in-person interview. I am writing this review to be able to learn more about the interview process before the in-person interview.

Question 1
Becoming a flight attendant requires an intensive training program that is akin to a college level course. If offered the position, please share what steps you will take to ensure you are successful at training.

Interview
First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .

Did the assessment, completed some tax survey, submitted odvi, got invited to the virtual interview with recruiter Friday so hopefully I do well and forward with the f2f and ultimately end up with a cjo
