They arranged for a face to face interview at Chicago HQ. Interviewed with the hiring manager and another program manager in the department. Both were very friendly and professional. The interview consisted of resume and experience discussion followed by standard situational/behavioral human resource question and answer. It lasted a little over an hour and was primarily relaxed and seemed focused on give and take and professionals talking about the industry and job requirements.
