Please DO NOT interview at this firm! To begin, I want to acknowledge that the initial scheduling process was scheduled by the interviewer according to his time and preference. Unfortunately, I was shocked to find that the interviewer did not attend the interview AT ALL during the scheduled hour. What added to my frustration was the complete lack of any communication from their end regarding any time conflicts or the need to reschedule the interview. As a serious candidate for the position, I had invested significant time and effort into preparing for the interview. I had high expectations of engaging in a meaningful conversation about my skills and experiences, and to gain insights into the company and its culture. Instead, the unexplained absence and the subsequent lack of communication left me feeling disrespected and undervalued as a candidate.
