Phone Screening after an Employee Referral. Other Interns might have had in person interview. Then within a week offer letter was submitted. During Interview the interviewer asked and went through almost everything on my resume. If you are able to hold a conversation you stand a good chance. Do not try to sell yourself as something you are not. The are very straight forward in what they are looking for and thus you should be straight forward as well.
