I have attended interview with Optum in Hyderabad Raheja IT park building no 14 on 2nd feb 2018. I got a call letter strictly saying that this is not walk-in so please come on by scheduled time. Mine scheduled at 1:00AM. I went there by the time and already more than 100 people are waiting. Upto 1:00PM there there are no chairs in the lobby to sit for some people. At 1:00PM they sent all the people to cafeteria. There is long wait. My turn came at 4:00PM. It seems they already recruited whom they want and they don't want to send the reaming without interview so they conducted for name sake. My interview is exactly 8 min to 10 min after waiting 5hrs of time. They didn't tell the status also and asked people to leave for the day. The interviewer told that your profile is interesting but i don't have time still 5 members are waiting outside so i will definitely meet you or ask for the phone interview. I was very upset since it is my dream to get a job on UHG, i don't even bother if they conduct a complete interview and if fail in the interview. Rather this happened.
