I applied via Handshake through my university. The initial interview is a prerecorded digital interview where I was asked 3 basic behavioral questions, 1 technical question asking what my preferred program language is and what I've built with it, and 1 question asking what my career goals are and why. For each question, you get a few minutes to answer but are given multiple attempts to record your response.
After about a week of submitting the digital interview, I got an email from the recruiter inviting me to do a final interview and a Codility assessment. The coding test was surprisingly easy with two debugging questions and one question asking you to write a function from scratch. At the interview, I was asked what the purpose of each question was, why I chose what data structures I used, and if I would do anything different in my solutions. During the interview, the interviewer looked at my resume and asked about the projects I had listed. Very easy, conversational interview.
