Interview
Fairly easy and straightforward interview. I found the interview and assessment process fun! Submitted an application and completed the assessment which was listening to a mock call and verifying information. A day later, I was invited via email to complete a recorded interview which had you "agree" to the respective requirements of the jod and then record yourself answering 3 or 4 Star method questions. They give you 3 attempts to record your response. The following day I received an invitation via email to schedule a video on demand interview with the hiring manager. She was so friendly and fun to talk to. She gave me info on the position and her background than asked me 3 STAR questions. Great experience! A few days after that I received a call from the recruiter and offered me the job!

Tell me about a time where you had to deliver bad news to a customer of a time where you just had to tell a customer no. How did you deliver the message, how did it make you feel? How did the customer receive the information?
Tell me about a time you had to receive feedback from a peer or superior and you didn't know how the feedback would go? How did you take the feedback and how did you implement the feedback?

Amazing interview process, good communication with hiring manager and when I recommended someone else the job, they remembered me. Understand the core values and apply them in your past roles or experiences in life and you'll be fine.

They asked me about a time my integrity was questioned and how I handled it.
Apply online, virtual behavioral questions, then phone screening with recruiter, then meeting with hiring manager and 1 last possible meeting with another manager. Relatively straightforward process if you can get through all the checks.
