Interview
Five weeks of phone panel interviews with two to three interviewers per call. Approximately 6-hrs of discussion. This was only initiated after the video interview phase which is step one for many UHG roles. Don't stress too much about the video portion (although it's not a fun experience). The questions are pretty standard and generally vet whether you are truly qualified for the position.

Describe how you would implement a marketing plan.
Fairly straightforward. Met with 4 different team members in addition to the recruiter and had discussions about my experience and learned more about the role I was interested in. I felt the questions were standard, and nothing out of left field. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and informative.
