Senior Dedicated Client Service Manager Interview

      20 Jan 2016
      Anonymous employee
      Oldsmar, FL
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at UnitedHealth Group (Oldsmar, FL) in May 2012

      Interview

The interview process with United Health Care was very minimal and the managers did not appear to be very selective when the departments were losing staff. I joined the SDCSM team several years ago and my interview process was a serious of situational questions, reviewing my employment history and my abilities to work with escalated clients and brokers, in a professional setting to minimize customers operations.

      Question 1

What would you do in "X" situations. How would you handle an angry client in person.
