The friendly and upbeat Sales Manager was the one who did my interview call. was 4 minutes late for the call and it lasted 20 minutes. A little unprofessional and unorganized. I asked for average year 1 sales rep commissions, and he could not tell me. However, he was confident in turning the company around and apologized for the recent reviews left about the company as he is newer to it himself. I hope him the best! The commissions seemed worth it if you want to stick around till 3 year mark, before that I'd expect around 30K-40K, not the 80K they advertise. Good side hustle more than anything.

30 Minute phone call, with a national sales manager. The interview was quick, straight & to the point. Overall have a pleasant experience. I think I will be taking the role.
