VAWAA interview questions

I originally applied and interviewed for a different role which involved multiple interviews and "assignments." I was then told they would like to hire me for a different role, which involved more interviews, assignments, and a presentation to the entire team. After that I was offered a part time contract role, which was never what had been discussed. They said they would be in touch when the role was funded to be full time. Never heard back, and today I saw the role I did research and a presentation on for posted for hire having never been contacted about it. The interview process honestly feels like free labor so that they can take your expertise and utilize it later on down the road.
