I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at VCMT (London, England) in Jan 2019
Interview
Absolutely shocking process. Had the aura of a teenage boys locker room. Interviewers seemed to think they were on an episode of ‘SAS who dares wins’. Playing loud rock music while forcing candidates to do mental maths. As if that’s what trading actually involves. Worst company I have ever come across. Interviewers trying to scare candidates, despite the fact they’d barely hit puberty. Themselves. Would not recommend.
Very good process, efficient and welcoming to candidates. A lot of the process was numerical based but also some technical questions regarding the oil industry. Also some more personal questions about your background.

Challenging but appropriate for the role. Assessment Centre consisted of Listening and Writing test and numeric test while exposed to loud noise.
