It was a 1:2 interview. I would say it was the most positive and honest interview I've had in my life and I'm really thankful for that! Turned out, I was overqualified for this position.

Horrible experience and a total waste of time. Applied for the job and was contacted back almost straight away with an interview invitation. On the day, waited to be interviewed for almost 30mins which I found quite unprofessional, however the lady that was interviewing me seemed nice and I got really nice energy from her. During the interview the HR department was experiencing a lot of problems trying to set-up their interviewing software that was refusing to work, the other person was late and the whole experience just seemed like a total waste of time. When the interview finally started I realised that I was being interviewed for a completely different (and lower rank) position from what I had applied for, realising that the HR department made a mistake and invited me for an interview for the wrong position. Instead of just saying a casual sorry and moving on, no, the people started almost interrogating me wondering why I didn't want an entry level job. I kept it cool and professional. However, they asked me to wait for about 2 hours to wait to be interviewed by the right person for the position that I actually wanted and applied for. The interview was quick, but I wouldn't call it an interview to be quite frank as the other side didn't really show any interest in my candidacy, it all felt highly uncomfortable and very unprepared from their side. Despite that, on numerous times I was asked if I could start in two days time, we discussed salary and other details, so I was given a green light and told that the HR would contact me back the following day to arrange the paper work so I could start in 2-3 days. The end of story, no-one ever even bothered contacting me back and it has been over 2 months ago. Just shows the level of unprofessionalism of the company. Wouldn't bother applying to them in future.
