Applied on indeed to opening for Recruiter in Orlando. Was called almost immediately. The gentlemen on the phone wanted me to come into the office ASAP. Went into the office filled out preliminary paperwork then went over my resume with 3 different people who asked the same questions. I was told that based on my recruitment and HR experience I was a great candidate for multiple clients they had. Left the office and never heard anything back from anyone at the Maitland branch. Emailed the two of the recruiters I was working with and they completely ghosted me. No phone call or email correspondence at all. Horrible experience and a waste of time. I’ve worked in the staffing industry for many years and as a staffing manager, I would not tolerate recruiters not responding to candidates even if they were not planning to move forward with them. Absolutely unprofessional experience. I have a degree and experience. I’m not sure why I was not even utilized for a temporary assignment or short term assignment at all.
