first meeting online, second meeting in their office. You get to know several persons. Modern office, long travel times mentioned by several colleagues. I got no instruction on where to park and the office had no receptionist who I could call. very standard questions, little personal contact, honest description of the job. I missed some personal contact.

Bij het eerst sollicitatie gesprek word je gelijk op je gemak gesteld, zo doende dat je de kans hebt om te vertellen wat je wil. Daarna komt er een tweede ronde waarbij je meer de diepte ingaat. Hier is het belangrijk om alert en scherp te zijn. Daarna kan er een derde ronde komen, deze heb ik zelf jiet gehad dus durf ik niks over te zeggen.
