I first met the Human Resource Manager who interviewed me. Then about a week later he made me meet the head of the concerned Department where i was to be based. After that interview when the department head accepted my candidature, i was made to meet the chief executive officer of the company who seemed to be ex-Human Resource Manager, then to Chief Executive Officer and then to Chairman & Managing Director of the company.
