Sat down with a sales manager, asked a few generic questions such as what are your strengths and weaknesses, why should we hire you, why are you a good fit, etc.

What I got from the interview is they are only looking for the best of the best. The sharpest individuals, who are driven and aspire to get better. They also look for people that are looking to enhance or get better at communicating with others. btw... after the summer program, my communication skills went through the roof!
