Overview: Cool company, good parent company, good vision and people. **Some improves: transparency on next steps/I had pull info, travel costs not covered, empathy to candidates time (coding interview at least 5 hours.. plus 2nd day of interviews unplanned) .**

8/4: applied online to vaynermedia
+2 8/6: one business day executive assistant for one of startups was forwarded my resume to schedule interview with CTO/founder
+5 8/12: business days interview/intro chat with CTO. He cancelled due to out of office
+7: reschedule and canceled again
+14 follow-up
+7: rescheduled for interview with CTO/founder (15 min call). Great call, transparent, set up in person on the spot
+ 3: Confirmed dates for visit
+ 10: in person interview on my own dime last minute from other side of world. But vibe felt good and part GaryV. This was 2 hrs long in NYC Hudson yard HQ. Met with 4 people including founder. Cool people, vision, family feel, great work space, and view.
+ 0 same day 3 hrs later email asking range and next day second in person interview for 2.5 hrs (believe I triggered this due to LinkedIn message saying I'll be in town for two more days)
+ 1 back in for 2.5 hrs of four people (pm, qa team). Then CEO, Jeff. All great people and very transparent family feel!
+ 3 I emailed checking status and next steps.
+ 2 They didn't answer my email but another person..sent coding interview to do on own time...mentioned coding not part job but wanted do anyways. This point wondering whatelse coming due to process hasn't been transparent or Most likely they still trying figure out process due to startup and this is new role for them. They gave 2 source files with instructions to derive insights 5 questions and bonus to structure so it's scalable.
+ 10 I emailed for follow-up
+ 3 days said would get back on Monday so followed-up again.
+ 1 day said will get back next day and no response
+ 2 days emailed again and finally gave reply
