Initial screening call with recruiter, Powerpoint case study, first round with Hiring Manager (Strategy Director), final round with remaining Strategy team and other Vayner team members. The entire process took around two weeks.

Question 1
Market trends, job history, personality fit assessment. However, the entire interview was a sham because they already had an internal candidate. Two of the final round team members did not bother to ask me any questions (one even told me within the first 10 seconds that he has nothing to ask me).
