The interview is a mock sales pitch in which a current employee at vector marketing treats the audience like potential customers. After demonstrating the product (Cut-co knives), he watches the audiences reactions to see who is the most energetic or animated. After the pitch he has the candidates enter his office one by one to get the yes or no offer to join the company. I was offered a job, but later I found that I would have to invest quite a bit of money to buy the product I would sell, so I ultimately turned down the job offer.
