Vector Psychometric Group interview questions

I applied for the position at the beginning of January 2026 and I heard back 3 weeks later near the end of the month. I had a 30-minute interview with both of the directors of patient-centered research at the organization. The interviewers were friendly and asked questions related to my skills for the program, such as qualitative research and coding. They also asked about how I would feel with transition from a public health into a more clinical setting. I heard back later that week that I was not chosen to move forward, which is fine as I do not think it was one of my strongest interviews. Overall, it was an efficient and transparent process.
