The interview process is quite easy, they show you around the main HUB and how their electric bikes work with a 1 - 2 hour long ride afterward. Where you will be riding for 30 alone simulating a working day.

Interview
It was quick and easy, I applied through LinkedIn and then we had a 15-minute interview on a video call. It was a good, objective conversation where I was able to learn a little about the company and how the work works. A very cool process, it's a shame it wasn't approved.

They asked several questions, but it is very important to be comfortable with the work equipment. So being familiar with bicycles, especially electric ones, is important, both for safety and for job performance.

The interview was about 15 minutes max. Most important the interviewee is a big brother and sister like me. No pain interview also they encourage me a lot. Moreover, no technical question was asked rater and they also asked me about cycling, related to my job sector.
