Phone screen with HR, multiple 1:1 interviews with various stakeholders, and panel presentation. Each 1:1 focused on a Vertex core value. Many, many situational/STAR questions. Very intense process and folks were generally nice, but unfortunately they didn't really break character much so it was hard for me to assess how it would be to work with them. They were extremely formal throughout the process and all they could say when asked about culture at Vertex is "it's intense".. haven't heard back re their decision but I planned to decline the offer if one was extended due to the interview process. I did not think it would be a good fit; everyone seemed really stressed

Very intense process, multiple interviews, oral presentation, requested references, on-site interview, compliance interview with scenario based questions. They want to make sure they choose the right people for the roles.
